A gentleman named Bob Featherly took the first ever win and now just over 28 years later the winged warriors of the Lucas Oil tour makes its return to the place they started…the Fulton Speedway. No less than 62 ESS events have been held here, more than any other track.

The successful sprint car organization would like to welcome the Mohawk Valley Community College (MVCC) to the sponsorship fold. Billed as the Aviation Extra, the driver that places seventh place in each A-Main will receive an extra $50 cash in their pay envelope.

It’s a favorite stop for many Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprint (ESS) teams located right off exit 730 on the famed Route 401 in Cardinal, Ontario, Canada. Bob Lodge and his 730 Truck Stop is back as a major contributor of the Northwood 2 Construction/LaSalle Motorsports Canadian Sprint Car Series. With 730 Truck Stop and all the other associate sponsors, the Canadian point fund is well over $10,000 which will be shared by the top 15 in points.

Jessica Zemken won Friday night’s Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints feature at Autodrome Granby. Lance Younge, Chuck Hebing, Steve Poirier, and Michael Parent rounded out the top five.
