Tracy, California’s Kyle Offill took a quick liking to 34 Raceway in West Burlington, Iowa, in his first visit and endured a two-hour rain delay and several restarts to claim his first career win with the Sprint Invaders. The victory, aboard the Country Builders Construction #88w was worth $2,000 and was his fourth career sprint car win.

Thunder Through the Plains Revived; Ohio Sprint Speedweek Pushed Back to July 3-12

With a pair of events already scheduled at Park Jefferson International Speedway on Friday and Saturday, May 29-30, Series competitors will keep their atlases open and keyed in on states west of the Mighty Mississippi, and for the first time during Tony Stewart’s tenure as owner of the traveling All Stars, the Series will invade areas within Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, and Louisiana. The four-state tour will take shape over a 11-day span beginning with a three-pack in the Sooner State and a lone visit to Kansas on Thursday through Sunday, June 4-7.

Fremont Speedway Hall of Fame Postpones 2020 Induction

Due to Ohio Governor Mike DeWine’s regulations that prohibit any gathering of 10 or more people due to the COVID-19 virus, the 2020 Fremont Speedway Hall of Fame induction ceremony has been postponed. The 12th annual induction ceremony was originally scheduled for Saturday, June 6 but that will now take place along with the 2021 class of hall of fame inductees next June.
