Selinsgrove Speedway will honor the memory of one of Pennsylvania’s greatest open wheel racers with the running of the Ray Tilley Classic for 410 sprint cars at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 26.

Selinsgrove Speedway will present the 33rd Annual Jack Gunn Memorial for sprint cars, one of the most popular open wheel races of the season at the historic Snyder County half-mile oval, at 7 p.m. this Saturday, May 11. The Jeff’s Auto Body & Recycling Center late models and Byers Built Engines pro stocks will also be on the racing card. Track gates will open at 5 p.m.

Jason Shultz of Carlisle held off fellow Mach 1 Chassis racers TJ Stutts of Liverpool and Mark Smith of Sunbury for his first victory of the season in the thrilling 25-lap 358 sprint car feature Saturday night at Selinsgrove Speedway.

Selinsgrove Speedway officials cancelled Saturday night’s four division racing program due to unseasonably cold temperatures. With a forecast for near-freezing temperatures during the evening, the early cancellation was announced at 9 a.m. as a courtesy to the track’s fans and race teams.

Selinsgrove Speedway will present a four division racing program featuring 358 sprint cars, late models, pro stocks, and roadrunners at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 20, sponsored by Advanced Concrete Systems of Middleburg. Track gates will open at 4 p.m.

Selinsgrove Speedway will present the 358-360 sprint car spring challenge race at 6 p.m. this Saturday, April 6, sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprint (ESS) series and sponsored by Mach 1 Chassis.

Selinsgrove Speedway will present the first show of the regular season at 6 p.m. this Saturday, March 23, providing the track crew can prep the speedway’s clay surface following this week’s snowstorm accumulation.
