Carson Macedo brought out the broom and spanked everyone with it in Minnesota this weekend. It began with topping Friday’s World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series visit to Ogilvie Raceway. Then the scene shifted to another Minnesota track, Jackson Motorplex, on Saturday for the World of Outlaws presented by Fendt.
Carson Macedo is inevitable in the state of Minnesota. Maybe it’s the lakes. Maybe it’s the Twin Cities. Maybe it’s the mild summers. Whatever it is, Macedo can’t be stopped in the “Gopher State.”
Late Monday night, Kerry Madsen got a call that he said left him in a bit of a shock. He was asked to pilot the Tony Stewart/Curb-Agajanian Racing No. 15 car for the remainder of the 2025 World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series season.
