Just as drivers were beginning to assemble for the FloRacing All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Mobil 1 drivers’ meeting, Mother Nature stepped in and intervened, ultimately forcing Williams Grove Speedway and All Star officials to cancel Friday’s Jack Gunn Memorial twin-20s program. Information pertaining to a possible rain date will be released as soon as it becomes available.

Courtney Edges Macri For Grandview Victory

Leading a FloRacing All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Mobil 1 charge that concluded with five full-time Series competitors finishing within the top six spots, “Sunshine” Tyler Courtney accomplished another “first” on Thursday night and earned a first-ever All Star victory in Pennsylvania Posse Country, doing so during Thunder Cup action at Grandview Speedway in Bechtelsville, Pennsylvania. The victory, a $6,000 payday, was accomplished from third on the grid, taking control just beyond the midpoint of the 35-lap contest before driving on to score his eighth All Star victory of the 2021 season; the eighth of his career.

Shawn Valenti Wins Feature During Sandusky County Fair

Shawn Valenti has won a lot of races at Fremont Speedway. In fact, he has won 66 features at “The Track That Action Built” to sit second on the speedway’s all-time win list. However, he hadn’t ever won a 305 sprint car feature – all of his victories have come in dirt trucks including four this year. That all changed Tuesday as the Fostoria, Ohio driver led from start to finish in the region’s highest paying 305 sprint event to help kick off the 169th Sandusky County Fair on Fremont Fence Night.
