The 18th annual “Lou Blaney Memorial” will feature the Hovis Auto & Truck Supply “410” Sprint Cars presented by Bala Management in the region’s richest non-sanctioned Sprint Car event and the BRP Tour for the Hovis Auto & Truck Supply Big-Block Modifieds.

The Ryan Blaney Family Foundation (RBFF) is proud to once again be a part of the Lou Blaney Memorial, offering fans multiple opportunities to support the Foundation’s mission while honoring the legacy of Lou and Kate Blaney. The 18th annual event will be held on Saturday, August 1 at Sharon Speedway and will feature the “410” Sprints for $12,000 to-win/$1,200 to-start along with the BRP Modified Tour.

Late afternoon and early evening showers delayed the program; however, this time Sharon Speedway was able to prevail for just the fourth time during the 97th anniversary season.

The 44th annual Ohio Sprint Speedweek is set to make a stop at Sharon Speedway this Saturday night (June 13). The All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Cars will race for $7,500 to-win and will be joined by the Hovis Auto & Truck Supply UMP Modifieds presented by A&MP Electric. It’s Barris Supply and A&MP Electric Night. Warm-ups are slated for 6:30 p.m. followed by qualifying and racing.
