Exactly four weeks stand between fans and the 2026 Williams Grove Speedway season opener presented by Hoosier Racing Tires, slated for Sunday afternoon, March 22 at 2 pm.

Williams Grove Speedway has released its 2026 schedule of events, offering 28 dates for the Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprint cars and an even dozen races for the HJ Towing & Recovery 358 sprints at the legendary oval.

Dylan Norris of Hanover was recently crowned the HJ Towing & Recovery 358 sprint Williams Grove Speedway track champion for 2025.

Driving the Mike Heffner No. 27,Troy Wagaman Jr. of Hanover claimed the 2025 Lawrence Chevrolet sprint car track title at Williams Grove Speedway on Saturday night.

As much as the J & S Classics National Open at Williams Grove Speedway deserves its place in sprint car lore as it celebrates its 63rd running on October 4 with a $75,000 payday, the National Open Preliminary race itself also has a place at the history table.

Williams Grove Speedway will host the Kevin Gobrecht Classic Challenge for Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprint cars coming up this Friday night, September 19 at 7:30 pm.
