Putting dirt on the Hawkeye Downs Speedway quarter-mile in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was thought of as a one-time deal in 2025. That was before the success it brought, and the Mohrfeld Solar Sprint Invaders return to the “Downs” this Saturday night, September 19. Dirt on the quarter-mile will also continue into 2027.

Chris Martin Earns Hard Earned Sprint Invaders Feature in Tipton!

Chris Martin lost a lead, but rebounded to get to Victory Lane at Cedar County Raceway in Tipton, Iowa during the Cedar County Fair Thursday night. It was Chris’s second win in his career at the quarter-mile, his third in four appearances with the Mohrfeld Solar Sprint Invaders this season, and the twelfth in his career with the series, putting him in sole possession of sixth place on the all-time wins list.

Tasker Phillips Gives Sprint Invaders Competitors the Blues in Memphis!

Defending Mohrfeld Solar Sprint Invaders champion, Tasker Phillips, notched his first win of the season with the series Friday night and the Scotland County Speedway in Memphis, Missouri. The Pleasantville, Iowa native earned $2,000 aboard the 3-Way Motorsports #1TAZ for his sixth career win with the Sprint Invaders.
